Where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from [dispatch location, e.g. Sydney, Australia]. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery estimates
Australia: 3–7 business days (standard).
International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Estimates are indicative and begin once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat A$8. Free shipping applies to eligible orders over A$120 (calculated before taxes).
Any import duties or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
